Profiles and local selections

SaveTether separates reusable review settings from local file selections:

• Save profile as… writes a SaveTetherProfile JSON containing the identity limit. Profiles omit machine-specific paths; the suggested folder is Config/SaveTether.
• Load profile applies that limit. It changes review inputs, so run a new review before exporting or capturing.
• Save local selections as… writes the selected declaration path, previous manifest, output directory, and limit; the suggested folder is Saved/SaveTether.
• Load local selections restores those fields but does not start a review. Check every path before running.

Settings are local JSON, not a shared workspace or cloud sync. Saving requires a new filename and preserves existing files. Opening the panel does not scan the project or create preferences automatically. The preferences reader accepts at most 64 KiB; stay within the supported path and schema rules.
