The verified target is Unreal Engine 5.8 Win64 Editor. Support is not declared for runtime, other platforms, or untested engine versions. Inputs and outputs are explicit local paths. Network paths, junctions, and symbolic links are outside the supported scope.
Limits are 16 MiB per selected JSON, 100,000 identity entries per document, 10,000 mappings, a review budget of 1–100,000 identities (10,000 by default), a 16 MiB UTF-8 output manifest, and a 64 KiB preferences reader. Only schema 1 is supported. If an input or output reaches a limit, do not split a prior release arbitrarily: confirm which declarations form one release, then reduce or reorganize them consistently before reviewing again.
SaveTether does not open save files, validate a game’s loader, repair saved data, create redirects, or execute migrations. A valid identity graph is not proof that existing saves will load. Automated tests do not replace acceptance in a representative project; test your own loader and data policy before relying on a captured baseline.
