Example files

The MediaTether source package includes local test fixtures under Plugins/MediaTether/Examples. The manual acceptance kit contains a separate disposable copy at its top-level Examples directory. The documentation site does not host or download these media files.

Copy the examples to a disposable local folder before changing paths or files. In the kit, the fixture set is arranged as follows:

• Examples/Delivery/Movies/Present.mp4 is an existing source inside the delivery root.
• Examples/Outside/External.mp4 is an existing source outside that root.
• Examples/Delivery/Frames contains frames 1, 2, 4, and 5 for shot2_####.png; frame 3 is deliberately absent.
• Missing.mp4 is intentionally not present. Point its File Media Source at the expected path to exercise a missing-file finding.
• Examples/ExampleProfile.json is a template. Replace its sample delivery root and paths with folders available on your machine.

These files exercise local path, access, and sequence checks. They do not test codec support, media decoding, playback, or shipping-game behavior. Use only files you are authorized to inspect, and do not edit the plugin’s installed originals.

Follow the first-inventory recipe for the expected findings. The separate manual acceptance checklist is included only in the local test kit, not as a website download.
